He has a rare and elusive gift to truly empathize with the player and put their needs first. I have come to really value his input on the design of the levels I was in charge of. Moreover he is hungry for knowledge and is in the constant search for improvement, something we should all strive to do. Nathanaël is a great designer and a solid asset to have within a team. If I was looking for a Game Designer, I have no doubt Nathanaël would excel in such a position. People here at Quantic Dream will be sad to see him go!

Assidu et toujours enclin à apprendre de nouvelles choses, je suis capable de m'adapter très facilement au travail d'équipe, mais sais également faire preuve d'une grande autonomie dans la réalisation des tâches qui me sont confiées. Je sais communiquer efficacement à propos de mes concepts et propositions et n'ai aucun mal à recevoir des critiques constructives qui m'aideront à repenser les choses. En qualité de Game Designer, je suis également en mesure de prendre connaissance et comprendre les contraintes et problématiques des autres équipes telles que l'Animation, Script, Cinematic ou Motion Capture. Le petit mot

Je n'ai jamais pu me faire à un travail routinier. Il m'est indispensable de créer, chaque jour. Pour moi, créer c'est redécouvrir le monde, en l'expérimentant sans cesse. Le jeu vidéo m'offre cette possibilité. Les infinités d'interactions possibles entre le joueur et le jeu sont autant d'expériences à vivre et à faire vivre. Le Jeu est lui-même une expérience qui se renouvelle sans cesse.
